In January the DCYAC full-body finalized an opinion* on B17-270, The Omnibus Graffiti Abatement Act of 2007.

On February 9, the DCYAC executive officers testified before District Council Chairman, Vincent Gray. Read Howard Brown's testimony* here. Howard's letter* to the DCYAC explains the outcome.
